Teka has actively developed built and managed several mid-size office buildings in inner-city locations. The company has generally focused on a mixture of non-core locations with high grade tenants, such as Deutsch Bahn AG, Commerzbank, DWS (Deutsche Bank) and Lavazza.

The main focus of office development has been in Frankfurt and Magdeburg.
