In the past, Teka has developed, and co-developed a number of hotels through out Europe and the Middle East. In addition to the development of the Ibis Hotel Centrum, Frankfurt, the Novotel Vienna and the Novotel Zurich, the company through its subsidiary not only developed, but also manages the 5 Star Resort Hotel, Princess Hotel Eilat.

Teka is in close contact with several leading chains, and is currently pursuing new opportunities throughout Eastern Europe.
